Did you mean developing a kind of visual map of online commons resources instead of a long list of links to websites? There are social network software tools but I don't think you can embed url links.
However there are other mindmapping tools out there which you canembed url links to different online commons sites and then embed the mind map into your website or blog. This has to be done manually and while it might be a lot of hard work for one person, if you get multiple authors all willing to share the workload and build up a picture, I dont see why this cant be done pretty quickly.
